Giveaway Terms
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Elenique Skin Clinic (“the Promoter”). This competition is run in collaboration with Fulham Pier Hotel.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of Elenique Skin Clinic, Fulham Pier Hotel, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on the date of publication of the giveaway post and closes at 11:59pm on 31st December. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition via Instagram, participants must:

- Follow @eleniqueskinclinic and @FulhamPierHotel
Participants may gain five (5) additional entries by signing up to the Elenique Skin Clinic newsletter via the link provided in the Instagram bio during the competition period.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Internet access and an Instagram account are required.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a one-night stay at Fulham Pier Hotel for two people.
The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed within a timeframe agreed with Fulham Pier Hotel. Travel, food, beverages, and any additional expenses incurred during the stay are not included unless otherwise stated.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @eleniqueskinclinic only. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to this competition, without additional compensation.
8. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition, unless the entrant has opted in to receive further communications.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.
