Introduction & Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ refers to Fulham Pier Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (Company Number 14971696), with its registered office at Fulham Football Club Training Group, Motspur Park, New Malden, Surrey, United Kingdom, KT3 6PT.
‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the person making the Booking and responsible for payment.
‘Booking’ means a reservation for accommodation or other services provided by us.
‘Hotel’ refers to Fulham Pier Hotel, where your Booking is held.
‘Parties’ refers collectively to both you (the guest) and us (the hotel).
‘Website’ refers to www.fulhampierhotel.co.uk.
A legally binding contract between you and us will come into effect once your Booking has been accepted and confirmed by us in writing, either via email or other formal communication. Acceptance of your Booking signifies agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Reservations, Payment & Guarantee
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
For Prepaid Non-Refundable rates, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and bookings cannot be amended.
For Flexible rates, payment will be taken upon check-out. A valid credit or debit card is required as guarantee at the time of booking.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card prior to arrival for security and verification purposes.
The hotel reserves the right to authorise funds upon check-in to cover potential incidental charges, including but not limited to in-room dining and minibar usage. The funds will be released for any prepaid incidental charges that were not used or consumed during your stay, at the time of check-out.
Fulham Pier Hotel is a cashless property. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
For Flexible rates, reservations may be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 3:00 PM, 2 days prior to arrival. After this time, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-amendable. In case of no-show, early departure, or late cancellation, the total cost of the stay will be charged.
For Direct Bookings (made directly with the hotel via phone, email, or the hotel website), enhanced terms apply:
• Free amendment or cancellation up to 3:00 PM, 2 days prior to arrival.
• After this time, in case of no-show, early departure, or late cancellation, a one-night charge applies.
For Prepaid Non-Refundable rates, the full amount will be retained in case of cancellation, amendment, no-show, or early departure.
3. Group Bookings
For reservations requiring 3 rooms or more please contact stay@fulhampierhotel.co.uk. Please note different policies and rates may apply to group bookings.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Departures after 2:00 PM may be charged at a full additional night’s rate.
5. Children & Extra Beds
Children are welcome at Fulham Pier Hotel.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests (2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child).
Baby cots for children under 2 years (up to 15kg) are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
Sofa beds or extra beds are not available.
Interconnecting rooms are available on request and subject to availability.
6. Pets
Pets are not permitted at Fulham Pier Hotel.
Assistance and guide dogs are welcome throughout the hotel.
7. Smoking Policy
Please note smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the hotel.
8. Identification & Payment Verification
Valid government-issued identification must be presented at check-in.
The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in for verification.
9. Facilities & Event Access
Access to certain facilities (including spa, rooftop pool, and Lighthouse Social) may be subject to availability or require advance booking.
Some events and experiences may require tickets or advance reservations; others are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

10. Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made directly with the hotel (via phone, email, or official website) may include exclusive benefits and preferential cancellation terms not available through third-party booking platforms.
11. Guest behaviour & Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and reasonable manner at all times. Unreasonable or objectionable behaviour — including disrespect towards hotel staff — will not be tolerated. Fulham Pier Hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking or terminate a guest’s stay without refund if, in the opinion of management, any person or group behaves inappropriately, breaches the terms of this agreement, or fails to comply with any hotel policies or regulations displayed on the premises.
12. Damages & Liability
Guests are respectfully reminded that they may be held liable for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to misuse or negligence during their stay. Any associated charges will be applied at the hotel’s discretion.
Fulham Pier Hotel does not accept liability for the loss, theft, or damage of money, jewellery, or other valuables during your stay. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe where provided. Personal belongings left unattended in guest rooms, public areas, or elsewhere on the premises are the responsibility of the guest.
13. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
In the event that we are required to cancel your booking or terminate your stay prematurely due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, our liability will be limited to refunding any payment made for unused nights. Events beyond our reasonable control may include, but are not limited to: government intervention, acts of war, civil unrest, fire, flooding, accidents, severe weather, strikes, terrorist activity, or public health emergencies. If you choose to cancel your booking or end your stay early due to such an event affecting you personally (rather than the hotel directly), no refund will be issued.
14. Imagery Disclaimer
As a boutique hotel, our rooms and suites are individually styled, and variations in size, layout, colour scheme, and furnishings should be expected. Images are intended as a general representation of the room category, but each space offers its own unique character.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
Fulham Pier Hotel respects your privacy. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Fulham Pier Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version applicable to your reservation will be those in effect at the time of booking. We kindly recommend reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
